Qualitop Titanium is a mix of aggregates, cement, colour pigments and small metal particles, blended into a powder. Applied to the top of a fresh concrete slab, it cures to form a hard topping, protecting the concrete floor surface underneath.
Excellent impact resistance and point load
Qualitop Titanium is specially formulated to provide excellent impact resistance and point load. This makes it ideal for reducing the risk of damage to the floor where there will be heavy machinery using the building, or where equipment or tools may fall onto the floor.
The metal particles in Qualitop Titanium are non-oxidising. This means the floor will keep its bright appearance and will resist discolouration, without the need for any further surface treatment to prevent rusting.
The metal particles make Qualitop Titanium very hard-wearing. This surface hardener will add years of durability and protection to the floor.

Qualitop Titanium can be applied as a dry-shake powder, sprinkled on top of a freshly-laid concrete slab. It can also be applied by pre-mixing it with water and applying it as a slurry on top of freshly-laid concrete (known as wet-on-wet, or fresh-on-fresh application). Further application details are given in the technical datasheet, and the videos below also show examples of the two types of application.
